My laptop, which is about three years old, was feeling pretty sluggish and worn out. When I visited to discuss the issue, the staff were super friendly and offered great help without any pushy sales tactics or complicated jargon. I picked up my laptop yesterday, and it’s performing even better than it did when I first got it. I’ll surely be coming back for their services and would suggest them to anyone in need.

I switched to a water cooling setup with a 3080. I've been coming to this place because, to put it plainly, they are straight-up honest. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for my high-end rig. Darren, your team is fantastic, and for those looking to get a build done, definitely ask for Tom. That guy should be working for NASA, no doubt about it.

I called to check if they had a Zotac RTX 6030 in stock, and they mentioned a new one was on the way. They let me buy it right then for local pickup (thanks to the GPU shortage). Later, I noticed the price on their site had gone up, but when they called to say it was ready for me, they assured me they'd stick to the original price without me even asking. Great people, I'll definitely be back!

Terrible experience with returns! I bought a chair that arrived damaged and was not the right model. The owner refused to let me send it back for a refund, insisting it had to go through the manufacturer, even though he sold me the wrong and damaged chair! He kept insisting I had the right one and couldn't see the obvious damage. It was only after I showed him the measurements of the chair he sent and compared them to the manufacturer's site that he finally understood he was in the wrong! After a bunch of emails, I finally got my refund. This was hands down the worst experience I've ever had with returning an item. STAY AWAY!

Hey Rob Smith, if you’re worried about losing important stuff, consider saving it on a different hard drive as you work. I’ve got four external backup drives myself.

I brought my computer in to get some help with changing the admin name to mine, since it wasn’t me. I was clueless about how to do it and really needed assistance. The technician hooked it up and right away mentioned that the PC wasn’t functioning. I was a bit confused, thinking it might’ve been jostled during transport. He told me he’d need to swap out the hard drive. I had a ton of music, photos, and most importantly, all my invoices since I’m self-employed. He mentioned he couldn’t promise to transfer everything, but he would make sure to save my invoices. When I picked it up, I asked if everything was alright and was assured it was. But to my shock, all my invoices were gone! I was livid!

Fantastic customer experience! I placed my order on Wednesday and it arrived the very next day. I was looking for the latest fans from Thermaltake, but all the other websites were stuck with the old model numbers. The few that did have the new fans were completely sold out. Thankfully, Falcon Computers had the new ones available, which was awesome. I highly recommend them!

The headset was marketed online as good for calls, but the audio kept cutting out during conversations. The managing director attempted to dodge giving me a refund, claiming that 'Skype depends a lot on your internet connection.' Customer support is lacking, and you’ll face a ton of back-and-forth with the seller when trying to return items. Just a heads up, steer clear of FalconComputer.co.uk.

Awesome customer support, super helpful, and quick delivery. They upgraded my graphics card at no extra cost since the one I wanted was unavailable. Can't complain at all. I'll definitely return.
